Many years ago, Karen Fleming obtained qualifications in marketing, training, and man management skills. This eventually led to a 25 year career in sales and marketing, and for many years she worked with some of the country's leading direct marketing companies.
During this time she became very successful in doing the more difficult telesales projects, and eventually this led to training staff and successfully running one of the largest telemarketing departments in Birmingham.
Over the years, Karen has seen hundreds of companies turn down propositions for telephony work. When she looked into the propositions and the companies that had refused them, she identified that the reason why the proposals were refused was because of the lack of flexibility regarding the telemarketing services that they were offered. What they were offered was not what they wanted.
Having spoken to hundreds of small to medium size businesses, she has also identified that many companies that try to set up an 'in house' telesales function soon stop doing it because it is inefficient for them, mainly due to lack of experience and training.
Karen's company offers services that are affordable and realistically priced. The services she offers are also tailored to accommodate her clients' requirements. If she feels that what the client wants will not necessarily work for them, she will advise them accordingly and try to offer an alternative solution.
