How we work
Once you have spoken to us about our services and we have arranged to meet you to discuss it all in more depth, this is how we work:
Stage 1
Our initial meeting will always be free of charge and without obligation. We will not limit your time with us and we want all parties to leave the meeting with a clear understanding of what the project is all about and the services that are required.
The way forward for a good customer relationship is to listen to your customers' needs and act in their best interests. We have many years of experience and 2TR Services have recognised that there are many ways to go to market. If you have an idea of how you want to proceed, please don't be offended if we say that it may not be the best approach for your company. We will always tell you why and we will always try to offer you what we believe will be a working alternative.
Stage 2
Once it has been agreed what type of service you need, we will put together your business plan and written quote. We aim to get these to you within two working days of the meeting.
The Business Plan
- The business plan will tell you EXACTLY what we will do in order to carry out your project
- It will define what your company needs to supply 2TR Services so that the project can be carried out, eg. a database, product information etc
- It will tell you approximately how long we expect the project to take
- If the time to do the project has to be split between telephony days and administration days, we will tell you how many of those days will be set aside for administration and how many for telephony
- It will outline all other terms and conditions agreed in the meeting
- There is NO small print on our business proposals
The Quote
- During your free consultation, 2TR Services will give you an approximate price for the services you require. The majority of our services are well within the budgets of most small companies but it is in everyone's interests that you can afford the services you need to complete your project effectively.
- Grants may be available to help you, and we can arrange for experts to contact you so that you can find out if this is the case
- Depending on what services you require, the quote will either be a total project fee or a day rate charge
- There will be NO additional costs unless YOU ask 2TR Services to do work in addition to that defined in the business plan. Any extra work done will always be charged at a day rate, so you will know how much extra it will be. If your quote is a total project fee, the day rate for any extra work will be stated on your quotation
Stage 3
Once you are happy with the service and quote, and wish to proceed, a contract will be sent to you which will confirm that you want us to do the job within the time scale and work parameters of the business plan. Once you return a signed copy of this contract to us, we will undertake your project.
Invoicing
If the project is ongoing or we are charging a day rate then you will be invoiced at the end of each month for the work that has been done in that month. All other invoicing will take place once your project is complete.
